“they are always helpful & knowledgeable. they work hard at keeping it tidied and stocked with a good selection of products. and most importantly, they are genuinely "happy" to be there and it shows.UPDATE 03/13/21: to the young woman working (I will get your name & add it), who helped me with a cord to charge my phone, you went above & beyond! I am so grateful that because of you, I was able to retrieve important pics and other personal data from my phone before having to send in to insurance for reimbursement. “Seriously, let’s remember that it’s Dollar Tree . I didn’t see anyone prepping a red carpet for me and I’m pretty sure they don’t need to cater to any one of us with white gloves. That said-this location rocks my socks!! Best one I’ve been to for size and selection (the only one in this area with crafters corner AND a $5+ section y’all). I thought it was pretty tidy considering and the employees were nice. I’m honestly not sure anymore about what some people expect when they are out in actual reality these days >:}”

“I’ve been to this location many times with my grandma, the area might seem ruff to those who aren’t from around here, but if you need something to eat, or something for your home it’s a great place to go, my grandma always gets sparkling flavor infused water so if there’s any lovers of that beverage reading this , hey you’ve just find your new go to spot.”

“I had a good shopping experience at this Family Dollar as I always do when I go into a Family Dollar. The prices are competitive as is to be with any store, when it comes to house decoration you can find some unique items for affordable prices which I like. The only thing that I have an issue with which seems to be an issue at all Family Dollars, is the fact that there Overstock is always in the center of the aisles which makes it difficult for shopper's what carts to navigate the store. This also makes the store look cluttered or unorganized which I know is not the case. I would and will continue to shop at Family Dollar even if its just to run in and grab a quick bag of chips or to spend some time and see what they have new.”
“I go in this store almost every day. I have zero complaints. Workers are always very polite. Even on my worst days going to this store always cheers me up. This store is my happy place. People like to complain about the bathrooms etc.. then maybe they should come in and fix the stuff that’s broken because the employees are doing what they can. Especially when the customers are constantly stealing the keys. Try working the job they do before running mouths. I swear all the complaints on here are ridiculous. A bunch of Karen’s in my opinion. I’ve never once seen any of the workers at this DG be rude in any way or form. Just saying. This store is awesome. My children and husband love this store as well. Very welcoming and loving. I’d even go as far to say it’s my home away from home. lol. Love this store. Deserves 100 stars if I could give that.”
“Have to be careful of the time of day, unfortunately when many kids are out of school I have seen them messing around (throwing things over isles and opening a lot of merchandise) the staff try to keep it fairly organized, but because of that it is a little bit of a mess. I feel bad giving 4 stars, but I wish there was something more that could be done about the destructive tendency of others who don't know how to behave in a store.”
“There is definitely a difference between family Dollar stores, it's almost like night and day I went to the family Dollar up on University next to McKay's the manager's name was Ashley and she was absolutely a poor service provider. When I asked her about her policy she was really kind of vague stated I could go online and find the information there. She said that other family Dollar stores would take back the item that I purchased from them, I thought that doesn't make sense. Or the stores individually owned, so I left out of there after telling her that she should know more about her policies and procedures especially if she was a manager and she thought that was quite rude of me. I went on another errand, Indian pass another family Dollar store on Southeast 14th you're talking about customer service she had it going on. She said they called her the boss lady, I believe her name was Christina what she laid out for customer service was something that a lot of the stores have lost.I explained my situation and she said without hesitation come on in and let's see what we can do for you and truly enough I left out of there very satisfied with what she had done. Customer service is far gone they take your money but really don't care whether you shop there or not, I told Ashley I would never step foot back in to that store on University as they were just playing not organized and not customer service friendly. We can all designate how and when we're going to spend our money but we don't have to pay people to be unkind when you're trying to get a simple answer to a question that they should be prepared for.”
“Average Dollar store average things if you're on a budget and need some house cleaning stuff cheap groceries diapers maybe even a shirt they have lots of stuff not very well organized but the employees are friendly”

“I go out of my way to come to this store. It is so clean, well stocked and the employees are the best! Brie is so sweet personally came to help me purchase a phone charger to fit my phone and length I needed. I am sorry you have to deal with thieves that think they entitled to TAKE without paying. You will outshine your competitors, that's great for DG..Those that steal is why prices are going up everywhere, so don't hesitate to call the PD, they shop too BILLIONS being stolen. causes price hikes for everybody! Your customer service is rare to find, so keep up the excellent job you do. ????”
