Dirty with boxes literally everywhere. If you're not able to get around without assistance from a wheelchair or walker I wouldn't recommend at all

They accused us of stealing a oreo ice cream when we got it from a whole different store and we put the bag up front on the counter and we told the employee to watch our bag so they don't think we were going to steal, they literally TOOK the oreo ice cream OUT THE BAG and accused us of stealing it. he called my lil cousin a cunt, she's 11 y/o, who says that to a little girl? He called the police on us for something we didn't do.

Clean organized place the few times that I’ve been here the staff has been kind to me there’s a good selection of snack and drinks as well as meals for a pretty small store/gas station they do a good job of keeping it open while providing a good clean selection

After I checked out, the cashier did not provide me with a bag. When I requested a bag, the cashier noticed I had a bag in which I carry my business laptop and paperwork. I was told I did not need a bag because I already had one. I work in the downtown area and I will never shop there again.

Typically I have no major complaints, but what I can not stand is looking up a store hours online and finding them closed once I arrive. A busy DSM Saturday night to boot. 9:30pm... Shameful.

Arrived at 1053pm. Store closes at 11. Was denied entrance by an employee holding the door shut and was told they were closed even though it was not yet 11pm. Will never go here again.

I am disabled and they had a hump when you walk into the store right where the carts are and I fell and the two employees that were manning the store didn't even seem to care that I fell. when i was struggling they looked at me but then they went back and did their business it seemed like they didn't even care that place should be shut down for a whole bunch of violations and then I got on the computer and talk to the manager and he didn't even care whoever sees this post should also help me out with us

Terrible service, blocked aisles, employee attitudes and never know when the doors will be closed! Don't attempt to shop there if using a Walker wheel chair, can't get down many of the aisles. On foo beware, empty boxes on the floor are slipping and tripping hazards.

I have never ever been asked to put my backpack up front of store an visit this place once a week.A few days ago I walked in as usual with my backpack on.I was startled by a woman an man I've never seen before aggressively an loudly saying my backpack needs to go up front.I expressed that they was rude,loud an that I've never take my backpack off.I WAS CALLED A LIER!!!! ROLL THE CAMERS CORPORATE OFFICE last 30 days see how many backpacks have rolled through that store!II refuse to be chased down,yelled at or called a lier!!!!!!!

I had multiple tours here and Angela was so resourceful, friendly and patient. I'm still deciding between this and another place but from my tours which were rather thorough thanks to Angela this place definitely has a good price/value unlike many places in downtown. I've also had friends/colleagues who've lived here who had great experience and were able to work productively and also study at the same time for further certifications so that speaks to the quality of the structure/building, neighbors and management here.
