Last summer I had a work conference in Des Moines and I brought along my bicycle which I locked up at our hotel. Someone stole my seat and so I was looking for an easy replacement. I swung by to just pick one up, but the gentlemen helping me said he needed to see the bike, which I left at the hotel. I was a little irritated that he just wouldn't sell me a common bike seat, but I returned with my bike all the same. He helped me find a seat that would fit and was a pleasure to talk to during the repair. He also dropped some building maintenance work he was doing when I explained my situation. All in all this facility and the gentleman helping me was fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more. In fact I'm writing this review over a year later because of how thankful I was to have their service.

Marty really helped me out! I needed a new rear rim for my bike and they helped me out! Extremely reasonable prices and super friendly. Will be back and recommend to everyone!

Such an awesome place. I walked in and immediately i was greeted even though the person who helped me was in middle of doing something. They had what i was looking for and i was in and out within 2 minutes. I will be returning if i need anything for my bike.

Wow... this was an incredible shopping experience! Marty was absolutely amazing, and I appreciate how he "interviewed" my daughter to see what she wanted to get done with her bike. After identifying her needs, Marty picked out the perfect bike that made my daughter happy. She was in a hurry for us to make the hour drive home so she could go out for a ride when we got home! Thanks again for such an amazing buying experience... definitely recommend!

I was going to put 0 stars but they won't let me. Got charged for a bike with a flat tire and went to the closest station tried to get a new bike and didn't let me unlock it so I had to walk 10 min to the next one. Honestly unbelievable.

Bike broke down 15 miles from our car. Walked a couple of miles to this shop and they wouldn’t even look at the bike. Literally asked “you won’t even take a look” - answer was - nope. They even recommended Ichi bike shop. So I guess, start there instead of this one? Great customer service.

Nice little place to pick up a cheap commuter or an N+1 bike. Staff are friendly. It can be unclear if a bike is up for sale or not.
