Pulled up to get my prescription she took my and birthday shut the window came back 7 minutes later told me I have to come back it’s my lunch time. And shut the window What about my lunch time I just wasted.

They held my pain prescription for no reason, I have kidney stones and I’m in so much pain and I needed that prescription immediately, I’ve been surfing for 4 days now without my medication. Will never use this pharmacy again

Zero communication between patient and pharmacy. Issues with getting meds in stock to administer on a timely week schedule. Great place to go if you want to do all the leg work between doctors offices, insurance companies and the pharmacy 3x a day to figure it all out for them. I don’t typically write a bad review and never without a second chance but this is the 5th issue I’ve had with in the year from transferring everything over due to blue cross and blue shield dropping Walgreens as a proffered vendor. Would 100% not recommended using the pharmacy at the Meryl hay and hickman location.

Honestly the worst experience I've had at a CVS. Tried for 30 minutes to get an employee to get me an item they keep locked up. Made eye contact with one girl working and waved to try and see if she could unlock it or get someone to, only to be ignored. No customer service whatsoever.

This pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. Odd for a chain store unless understaffed. That aside, we were told scripts were ready for pick up. When we arrived at 1:15, were told they weren't ready and to come back at 2:15 because they were leaving for lunch at 1:30. Nice when you drove 20 minutes to get there. Cherry on top... received a message 10 minutes later after leaving that the other script was ready. Don't frequent CVS enough to know if this is a systemic or local problem, but this type of CX isn't sustainable in the fast-moving, competitive world of the present and near future.

I get it that they close for lunch at 1/30, I knew this and so I hurried to be at the pharmacy counter at 1:27. Two people were being helped before me, and when they were done, it was 1:32, and both cashiers announced to me that “they system turns off at 1:30”. Again, I get it, lunch, and they want to have a hard out at that time… But I was the only person standing there I had everything ready and it would’ve taken 30 seconds to check me out. The manager, who either does, or SHOULD, have the power to “turn the system back on” wouldn’t even look up from what he was doing, though he clearly heard what was happening.

Let me be clear... this was not the first time this has happened at this pharmacy, nor do I normally do reviews. But... The ineptitude of this CVS pharmacy is astounding. Requested prescriptions be mailed 5 days ago, still not received. Called and requested same day delivery in order to get needed prescriptions. Received only ONE of Four needed prescriptions. Called back AGAIN, got nothing but excuses. Have lost all trust in this pharmacy. People depend on a pharmacy for their lives. Sadly, this one is does not provide that comfort.
