Wish I could give 0 stars, I live in an HOA apartment complex which you have parking passes provided by the HOA to not get towed. My pass was in my car and very visible and they still towed me. Went to their office with my dad to get my car back and still had to pay. Requested proof it was not visible and they could not provide any proof in real time of the tow. The owner sent one of his guys to take a picture as we sat in their office even though they claim to have everything on body cam footage and have to take pictures time of. Their reasoning was because it was too dark to see which is completely false as my space is completely lit at night. No wonder they have a one person at a time sign in their office because we then got yelled at and harassed by 4 people at once including the owner, front desk lady, and 2 of their drivers. Prices are also ridiculous had to pay $290 to get my car, a year prior my boyfriend owed $300 and a month ago my roommate was towed and paid $400. Terrible company, horrible service this company is a bunch of crooks.

Disgusting attitude and rude staff. Guess they are too busy towing cars parked legally to bother taking a vehicle to a repair shop. Don't waste your time with these jerks.

I was in a car accident this evening. Worst way to start my weekend. DMPD said Crow Tow was on the way. My SUV was blocking 50th and Douglas at rush hour on a Friday. I was very shaken from being T-boned by a driver speeding and running the red light. Chris L. showed up with Crow Tow. Quickly secured both cars. Came over to tell us the details of our tow and the next steps. Provided his info. Very professional and personable. Top knotch customer service. Very impressed.

If I were a property management company considering hiring this company, I would RUN in the other direction. Imagine coming home after work on Friday afternoon, parking your car legally, with a legitimate parking pass. The next time you go to use your car, you discover it gone. The towing company tells you that you have to wait until Monday for access to your vehicle, including access to medication and personal property you had secured in your vehicle. The parking pass is there, inside the vehicle, but had fallen out of clear view. Nevertheless, because the towing company found your vehicle without a visible pass as they trolled the parking lot on Friday night, they not only charged you a towing fee, but added two days of "storage" because they refused to allow access until Monday. Then, to be accused of being angry about it! Nobody enjoys being towed. There are legitimate reasons why it has to be done, but trolling a parking lot in a predatory fashion in order to drive up revenue is not only unprofessional but downright mean. Other companies can provide the same service without alienating paying tenants. If it were possible to rate with negative stars, I would.

Incredibly helpful when I locked myself out of my running vehicle. The driver was incredibly friendly and fast! CC, Garrett and Dawn were very helpful and reassuring from the office. It was affordable and so much faster than a locksmith was going to be. Will use them again.

I would give it minus five stars if I could! This is the most crooked, unethical, business in Des Moines! They are horrible, they tow cars unwarranted. Charge you outrageous fees, and then lie to you about all the other fees that they add extra before you can even get your car back!! My daughter had her car towed. When we went to pick it up they told her one amount and said it would only be an additional $60 the next day and charged $120. Their customer service is outrageous they don't even listen and nor do they care!! Unacceptable and the worst service I have ever seen. Do not do business with these people!! EVER ON ANY LEVEL.

These people are so rude and condescending, with no understanding of how much people are struggling when their cars disappear out from under them. My car was towed from an unmarked lot and i was left stranded, having to walk three miles home. The woman on the phone suggested I "just call an uber" as if everyone has infinite money to throw around. I don't know how this business is allowed to legally operate with how often they take peoples cars from areas that are not marked as "no parking" areas.

They blocked our car in after we paid to get it out. We had to wait for them to tow a car in their lot out of the way to get our car which we paid for and didn't even deserve to have towed. Definitely avoid this place if possible!!

You are only looking for your economic benefit, poor people who live in Oaks, because now neither your family or friends can visit, besides you have hours today until 12 taking advantage of the fact that people cannot pick up their vehicles, again disgusting service.

Disgusting service, they lift cars for no reason, they took my car from the visitor area twice before it was 5 in the afternoon, normally it is understood that they tow them at night but at that time?

threatened me! predatory! i left my car for two minutes in an unmarked lot to pick up food and they tried to tow my car with my autistic childs service dog in it then demanded $145 to get it off the tow truck--i gave them my license and credit card and they left the dog up there for an hour anyway! they told me not to call the police or they would charge me double for wasting their time!! i called the police anyway, who stayed until everything was over but i still couldnt get the dog--at current moment we are attending to a very sick dog, we think she ate gum in the car...no business like this should be allowed to prey on good people and ruin lives! The drivers were both horrible and threatening! I asked one of them if he really needed the money so badly that he needed a job like this, and he said no, he didn't ... just likes to wreck hard working moms' lives, I guess, and not mind destroying their childrens well being or pets.

towed my car at midnight and told me I couldn't get it until 8am, that's BS! I was left stranded 20 minutes away from home and no one seemed to care. "it's afterhours" so y'all can tow cars after hours but no one can pick them up after hours?!!! BS BUSINESS

YOU DON'T DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. This is about you unjustly towing a business owners vehicle while they are in loading zone behind their store - in the area they pay for parking. The flashers were on indicating we were in the process of Loading/unloading our vehicle at our business. You are not a business you are PREDATORS! We contacted you immediately and you not only refused to release our car but our infant car seats that we needed to get our babies home safely. You have crossed the line!

Illegally towed from apartment complex without any signage. I was seeing a homebound disabled patient. I was there 20 minutes and car was towed. Again, no signage as I walked the whole lot. They also scam you by having you pay cash by their atm. They also dinged my bumper. They are predatory and a scam. They should be put out of business.
