Did a drop in. The outside may be misleading, but the setup and the inside are awesome! Everyone was friendly and and I can tell it's a great community to be apart of. Go give it a try if you are in the area and interested in CF!

CrossFit Valley Junction was a great experience. Ryan did a fantastic job creating and taking me through a great workout. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, while also making it fun at the same time!
