Stop at Flying J to have a tire fixed (Des Moines , IA). Greeted her, no reply. No professionalism at all. Then she told me to wait 2.5 to 3 hrs. I thank her and left. I need to emphasize, no professional courtesy at all. Someone recommended Pomp's tire across highway 35, 4 miles away. Came over here and got the best treatment. Got pulled in immediately. High quality service here. This is how customers should be treated. Thank you Pomp's for your staff's professionalism and high quality of service. Don't waste your time dealing with Flying J. Trust me, you will love it here at Pomp's.
