Felt discriminated against. Kept being told the price of item I was buying,like I couldn't afford it. Then I was told it was non- refundable,after I paid I was asked if I wanted a reciet and said yes,but only got a complaint about "oh wow,you're going to make me" and so I just cut her off and said forget it, I don't need it. Pretty bad when they try to give you a guilt trip over asking for your reciet.

I entered the store and noticed no name tag on the person at the counter. She had 1 customer already at the seat in front off me. Hispanic guy. When it was my turn she began by asking my aloud why was I there. Unprofessional in ethics but whatever lil Hispanic girl. She was almost frantically taking my tablet apart so I asked to do it myself. She became furious in body language. All tense and withdrawn for something so simple. Immature and childishly handled then pointed out me she work in a phone store. So what I work in the hot sun. That's doesn't make me good with heat. Just offered to help. I understand Spanish quite well so next time she slur my race she'll get my sister's to come see here at that store. I don't recommend that location for anyone with integrity to shop she's a true numbskull. Sorry I wanted to help you lil bean brain baby....Moreno

Myra was beyond helpful with my exchange. When the first mobile phone I purchased did not meet my expectations, she went out of her way to assist and find a phone that worked for my needs. She was on the phone with corporate for over an hour working through the issue. She was friendly and professional and I really appreciate her efforts.
