This place filled of unprofessional people they will share your information with your friends or family and they take anything personal! They will make it look so good for you to get you to go through them with a loan I have worked before with these people as a customer and they are getting wors and wors everyday. I tried to do business with them and this lady named Cari who assumed to be the CEO she is no help and the loan girl as well. Any time I go do anything there they tell people about it. Never seen something like that they date thier customers.!!! Bottom line your information is not safe there and trust me they dont care about you or your situation. Stay away. This is the worst bank ever and I will never do business with them. Trust me from 6 years working with them and multiple loans they are the worst.

In my opinion these people are incredible crooks!!!!!! I had been a member since sometime in the 70s. I started with the Brandeis Credit Union. In all the years with this Credit Union I went through many reincarnations. I probably financed 3 or 4 cars and never had a problem. When my last loan was paid off I got my title and a message that to remain a member I needed to leave at least $25.00 in my account. This was about the time they quit paying dividends so my balance didn't grow much. I'd get my statements and not pay much attention, imagine my surprise when I got a statement that I was actually in the hole with my account. I called right away asking what happened, the young lady that I talked to was incredibly rude. She insisted they had sent me a notice of some service charge they were charging. I explained that it wasn't so "I'm poor not stupid" I wouldn't pay for nothing!!! She was a real b**** and said that's the way it was and they didn't steal my money. If they didn't steal my money where is it???? Can't imagine if they would steal around $30.00 what they would do if you had real money in their Credit Union. I should have written this years ago, just never got around to it until now. If they stole the $25.00 from every member they made quite a wind fall!!!

They have always been super fair and super nice. Amber and Gary especially, they helped me get my Corvette Z06 and now my current 2017 Camaro! I was young when I asked for my first loan, they gave me a chance and now we are great friends. Thanks Gary and Amber!

I have had more problems with this financial institution than fingers and toes... being a member since 2000, I've seen a lot of changes! At this point I will no longer be using their "services". I would implore those considering to look elsewhere as I have. Seriously, run! 💩😯😣ðŸ˜ðŸ˜•ðŸ‘Ž

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS CU, THEY ARE THE WORSE CU in Iowa. To be a member they require a $10 savings deposit. Then I noticed that they started deducting $5. a month calling it a dormant fee. A savings membership fee should remain in a savings status since it is required for membership. I hope they have to start paying taxes on their profits, as ad's running suggest. They are getting away with robbery. And they claimed they notified me but I have looked over all my quarterly statements for the last 24 months and nothing says that they are going to charge a dormant fee.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had with them. I was behind on loans and my bank account was negative. Before all of this happened I switched my car loan to a different bank and they should have sent my title, instead I get a call today stating I need to pay everything I owe before my title can be released. Okay I get that, there is no argument there I owe and I am responsible to pay. Then my fiance gets a call saying that I need to pay her loan in full in order for MY title to be released to the new bank. Again, my title should have been released in November before I ever was late on a payment or such. I go in to pay my loans and bank account off but still trying to figure out why I had to pay my fiance loans off in order to get my stuff. I am not on her account or the loan that she as a grown person got by herself. Stephanie started clapping her hands at us being very disrespectful and basically being smart saying "we helped you guys out a lot" with this big smirk on her face. (being very passive aggressive) I lost my job due to medical issues in November so yes I am a couple of months late but to treat us like total crap because of this is not fair or it is not professional. It got to the point that I started yelling and yes I called her out her name. (two wrongs don't make a right) but I have the whole conversation recorded and to hold my title because of my fiance is not right. I have contacted the bbb and this will go up to the highest. I have banked with them for 1 1/2 years and dawn has always been rude and then today was just the icing on the cake. I can not believe that they would treat their members this way or anyone in general whether I owe you money or not. trying to argue over money that is being paid to you but you are worried about somebody else's account. Stephanie was totally unacceptable and I will be taking my recording to everyone I can. This is not okay. Run while you have the chance.

I don't usually use Cornerstone for regular banking but have gotten a couple of car loans and other things through them. They were very easy to deal with and I had no problem. Everything was done quickly and I would go there again.

Our family decided to change because our previous banker retired but the new staff was not very friendly and they had some policy changes that were not customer-friendly at all. CCCU is awesome, professional, fun, and they are customer service rock stars! All staff take time to explain products and go the extra mile for it's members!
