I had to close out my deceased parent's bank account this year, and I am very grateful that Laura and Fabiola were able to help me. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate how well they treated me -- considering I myself was not an actual customer and I was closing out the account for one of theirs.Thank you.

I drop off my deposits here for work and everyone here is extremely friendly. They always learn customers names and make them feel welcomed. Everyone here deserves a raise amazing staff

Chase has made banking a lot more easier. To walk in to your deposits at the ATM cash withdrawal the whole nine yards. I've been with them for over 20 years and I love being with them all that time excellent company.

Wow. Just. WOW!I had read some mixed reviews about this branch prior to my visit with them, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in. I can say with confidence that this branch gave me the best banking experience of my life! I've done business with Bank of America, Wells, and a couple online-only banks, and this Chase branch (And their phone support for that matter) have been nothing short of phenomenal.I went in at 9am, without an appointment, to set up a new business and personal account here. Ricky Crawford was the banker who helped me out, and despite having a 10AM appointment scheduled, he said he would do what he could to get this done before the appointment to make sure I got what I needed on that visit. His 10AM never showed up, and we worked until about 11AM to get all the accounts I needed setup, and he made sure I had everything set up to use my accounts before I left. I'd be here forever typing if I went into everything he did for me, but let me just say, any questions I had, anything I needed, he did everything he could to get it done. Laura, the bank manager came in to visit for a few minutes to introduce herself, just an over the top first experience with Chase.If there's one thing I could recommend to Chase: CLONE RICKY. This guy was absolutely amazing. I left the branch wishing him and I could be best friends. Seriously.Very impressed, and I see a long future relationship with Chase ahead.

Excellent customer service- Best in Class at Chase Bank. Andrew Grube VP and Oscar helped me today it was fast, clear and efficient. Very responsive team and friendly highly recommend this branch on Merle Hay. You won’t regret it. ?

Absolutely the most devious bank I have ever used. They hold my check for deposit without telling me for 10-days. Why? Because “we’ve never had you deposit anything from that individual before” Are you serious! WHY do you need to know the reason someone wrote me a check? I’m an honest hardworking woman with a bank that allows me access to $18 for 10-days, regardless of how much money I have in my account. I’m on the phone negotiating the release of MY money. How can a bank dictate your funding, how much you deposit, who it’s from and why? We are talking $800 here. Not $80,000. I have not seen a bank that micromanaged their customers this way. If it’s my money, it’s MY money. It’s Christmas and they expect me to live on $18 until they decide my “money is safe”. Direct quote from the call I just had. Really???? I DO NOT TRUST this Chase bank. This institution is sneaky. I feel like I’m talking to Big Brother. 1984?

Stopped into the local branch to do some simple banking on a Saturday morning. The branch manager and presumably assist manager met me at the door promptly. I told them what I was there for. They showed me to the teller window where I stood in line for way too long waiting for them to complete a transaction with another customer. Interestingly my whole time standing there they never interacted with the customer while he waited. There was another unstaffed teller window where the assistant could have stepped in and helped the growing line of people. Instead of doing her job, she invites us to have a seat and we will be invited up later. I guess I have been accustomed to superior banking and customer service at a different banking institution down the street for my personal banking. I will take my business account there now as well. I can't believe how poorly run this Chase bank is. It gives a very poor ecample to the Chase name. I will NOT recommend them to anyone for personal or business banking. I stopped before I left the branch office and let the manager know I will be going elsewhere for my banking.

My Husbands check has been frozen for 3 months now. Owner of the company has came 2 times out of his busy schedule to give papers stating it’s his company. He has even had to file a claim at Wells Fargo to see if anything can be done. It’s been a month since and no resolution. Had to get off early again to talk to the GM Laura Minnihan and told us they don’t even know where the money is at. People can put a smile on their face all they want but WHERES MY HUSBANDS MONEY!?! Where that time of his life he had to work. Why don’t they give the money back or give it to my husband?

Attentive and friendly staff. Large branch office where they seem eager to go out of their way to serve their customers and earn new business.Kind of a strange location but I'm glad there is finally a Chase location in the greater DSM area.

Stopped by to make some small changes to my account and to try and get an issue resolved with my account, was in the middle of being helped by an associate when the branch manager came in and downplayed my issue, when I believe I was close to having it resolved. Hadn't even started my car before noticing the nice white couple was now being helped. Not sure if she's a closet racist or if she was just in the mood to gaslight a customer out of the office but two days later with the same issue. ? Guess I'm taking the extra thirty minutes to drive to the downtown chase from now on.

Taxation without representation. Anything to do with chase bank and jp morgan. Take 10$ from a check that i cashed for service charge. This bank should check there balances and serve the people other than serve themselves.

I've had nothing but fantastic service when stopping in this branch. I'm from Louisiana and I was SO happy to see Chase Bank come to Des Moines area! I would be sure to set an appointment prior to coming in, but they do walk-ins. You might just have to wait a bit. Most of their machines can do anything a teller could do for you.
