I’m giving you one star as someone offering a service that could improve your company. I don’t know who you have as a receptionist, but I can honestly say that I have never been treated so rudely on the phone. This lady acted like she owned the company. Hung up on me twice. The hatefulness she emanated on the phone to someone she didn’t even know the purpose for the call was palatable. Mr Berardi as someone who regularly deals with large corporations you need to find a new receptionist. This lady is going to sink your business. But it’s your business. Do what you will. Whatever you do DONT CALL this company. If you do state your intention within milli seconds or she’ll hang up on you.

Called CFI desperate because I could find an odd tire size on my large aircraft pushback tug. I checked everywhere online. Not only did they find a solution, it was considerably cheaper, a better tire (radial instead of Bias) and the price was X3 less without long lead time

I had a flat on the interstate and needed a tire. I was quoted a price of $45 for a used tire with pretty good tred left. Upon closer inspection I noticed dry rot cracks in between the treads. Since I am on a budget I asked if they could do a little better than that price seeing that it was in poor condition. Both the tire technician and the guy at the desk became quite rude and told me to leave. I drove less than 2 miles down the road and purchased a brand new tire from Wallmart with a lifetime road hazard warranty for $20 more. I would not recommend buying a used tire from CFI tire.
