Curtis was amazingly helpful and made a stressful situation seem not so bad. He went above and beyond. Due to other accidents that they had no control over (a semi… on fire?!) I had to wait longer than expected. But everyone I talked to was very pleasant. 100% would recommend.

I had a flat tire & AAA sent out Central Iowa Towing. Andrew with the company quickly got the spare out, made sure it was properly inflated, changed the tire and also checked the air in all the tires & added air as needed.
He was polite, explained what he was doing, and thorough. I would use this company again mainly because of Andrew!

They canceled my tow service and never thought to call and tell me. They also marked the tow as completed online when I checked my tow status.

I had a flat tire as I arrived to work today. Central Iowa Towing was notified and in under 60 minutes they arrived, removed my flat, placed a temp tire and brought my tire into a dealer for repair/replacement. Jamie identified the culprit.
Their service was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and overall excellent. This is what I call customer service. Jamie was amazing. Highly recommend.

Marcos was absolutely amazing when it came to our service. Put our car in our very complicated drive way and help us jack the car up. He was very professional and caring. The car came pretty late but the communication on his end was fantastic. Glad he waited to get our car from a heavily traveled interstate until later in the day to insure his safety. Will definitely be recommending services to friends and family in the future. Thank you Marcos!

Nothing against the two guys that towed my car because they were nice and curtious. Saturday morning I called for a tow, waited 2 hours for them to show up. Expected it to be cheap considering I was only towing it 2 miles down the street, it was over 100$

I had slid off the highway during heavy rain and was stuck tilted on a slope. Jamie came and was very friendly and quick in wenching out my car. He even stayed to watch me leave and followed when he noticed that my car was more damage than I thought, and gave me a tow to a shop.
