This is the best Casey’s pizza I’ve ever had. It was thicker and fresher than everywhere else and it was like 3 in the afternoon. The location is hard to get to from the east though.

I AM STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED AND IT'S BEEN OVER 1 WEEK. I sent in a complaint form. No reply. It seems everytime I order a pizza from the app, and specify SQUARE CUT, it's wrong. Door Dash delivered a pizza that was cold and a rude driver, I've had an employee tell the cook square cut, plus, my receipt that clearly stated SQUARE CUT, and yet it was ignored. Then the cook had the nerve to ask if I wanted it remade! The front cashier handled it, I filled out a complaint form, NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGEMENT. This has happened more than once where ,y order was wrong and I'm tired of it. The cooks should be able to read the ticket, they can see my order, so why ignore the cut? Instead of waiting then getting my order comped, I'D LIKE IT MADE CORRECTLY THE 1ST TIME SO I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 OR 20 MINUTES.I AM VERY UPSET, AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING IGNORED

Every time we order from this location we have issues. I’ve stood in the store an extra hour waiting for our food. I’ve received the wrong pizzas, and today we are missing items, and their phone isn’t working. I’m tired of the mistakes! We’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Hands down WORST Caseys pizza ive ever had. Taco Pizza with almost no refried beans and whatever was there did not even remotely look appatizing. On top of bad "pizza" my Wife then is hit on and patronized by the cashier after paying and when she politely states shes married. She still was harrassed. And to top it off we then find a Hair cooked into the pizza! I will not ever order from this store and i guess expected a lot more professionalism concidering location

Ordered pizza using their automated system. It said it would be ready at 6:20. We get to the store at 6:30 and the person told us it would be another 5 minutes. It's 6:50 now and we still don't have our pizza. We've already paid for it. They were also out of taco sauce packets for their taco pizza, apparently. This is a fairly new Casey's. Would expect better service.

Update: Casey’s basic reply on reviews is to contact them. I’ve tried to contact them in their method in response and have not even got a reply, hello, we received, or nothing. Corporate America to make reviews look like they care but don’t.This Casey’s which is in another state from where I am and live and allowed a person in same town to gain access to my rewards account, change all my info as name and email address so I can’t access, and use all my points on an order that was delivered near by as I know as got the text with the persons first name and address. Contacting police and contacted Casey’s customer support which have not got a response. Unacceptable. If you have reward points and save them up like I do, just don’t as I am sure I will never see my reward points again and hundreds of dollars spent to get them. No more Casey’s for me!

The location I would give it 5 stars the service I would give it 0 if I could. Stopped and got a breakfast burrito it was not even warm and the girl in the kitchen had music SO LOUD that when you walked into the store it sounded like a dance club. The assistant manager just sat in the office, but he did not care. The other girl that was supposed to be running in the cash register was no where to be found . They are very rude in that store and dont get in a hurry, you will get help when they get around to you . I know it's hard to find good help but there has to be someone better out there than what is there. I have been in the store more than once and it's always the samething thinking maybe it will be different the next time but it never is. I will drive a half mile out of my way before I go back into that store again

I was late getting my pizza bc getting out of work took longer than normal, I called store and they were super nice about said don't worry. When I got there they made sure pizza was hot still, the cashier even went in the kitchen to see if y'all had sour cream for me lol. But anyway both young people working kitchen and cashier were super nice. (If this gets back to them I'm the not-regular Sierra lolol) thank u! Pizza was good too! Y'all made my long night better :) First time ordering from this Casey's, all the negative reviews weren't my experience tonight at all. I wish I knew their names!! (Picked up 2AM, morning of Aug 24th)

Disappointing when your pizza is not correct ... the first time I thought bad day but again tonight ... they need to go back to paper ticket slips for pizza ... this auto system must be hard to read!! Never had this many problems with pizza errors ?

Ordered pizza on multiple occasions. Just in case they had a bad day. That is not the case. The pizza is never done when they say. I always wait 10 mins or more AFTER the promised time. Also, it is never fully cooked compared to other Casey's. VERY doughy and watery. I usually get the taco pizza, and the last time, it had about 2 chips on it. I have decided to avoid this place and go to other locations. Pic shows taco pizza with little or no chips.

The management at this caseys are wonderful!! We had a delivery driver steal our pizza and not deliver. When we called caseys they were set on getting us our order for free! They couldn't find a driver to deliver our pizzas again so their assistant manager Vicki drove the pizza to us!!! Such lovely ladies there! Thank you!
