For starters, this is the closest place nearest my place of work, HOWEVER, I cringe having to go here when not feeling like going down the street for mexican food (the other closest thing). Everytime I come here, I get rudeness and feel inconvenienced. There are maybe 2 nice employees and everyone else needs to work on their skills. I have gotten cut off in line, because I was up there but some gentleman got his stuff scanned and someone else of color and different sex, where this can be considered biasing, but the cashier guy seemed new and he is some tall, white, skinny dude with long scragly hair and all he said was "he was up here first"...well, not when I got up there, he should have to wait because he dropped out of line. That's just tip of the iceberg.... There were only 2 kinds of pizza, cheese and hamburger pizza that looked dried out. When I asked this chubby guy with full facial hair, he was very forceful and yelled at me asking what I wanted and I almost just walked away because I hate dealing with toxic people! He rudely said it'd be 10 minutes. I'm hungry now, and every other Caseys in town has at least 3 different kinds of pizzas every time I walk in.... Then there's cashiers in the front talking to customers too much, and we have a long line behind the one we're talking to.... And I remember one time that they forgot to activate a pump, and I paid cash but they were taking too long so I asked for my money back and went down the street to QT instead. And to top it all off, their POS machine is still needing you to insert your card 3 time then swipe....I've been in and out of there since June and this has happened for months...FIX IT!!! SUPER SUPER INCONVENIENT, SUPER RUDE....maybe y'all need new managers or new employees who care!

I don't shop at stores that deny COVID mask or block off bathrooms. This is a Casey's not a mom and pop run by some anti_vac nut job. Well apparently it is run by a COVID denying nut job but not owned by one.

Employees are crazy rude. They kicked out a disabled 12 year old and her service dog. Dog had the service tags on and they made a scene with my child over it and KICKED US OUT.! under the disabilities act she is protected and ALLOWED to have her service animal with her AT ALL TIMES! My recommendation is they brush up on the laws and educate them before kicking out a child and causing a full blown panic attack stressing her and the service dog. Very disappointed!!

Not the best kept Casey’s. Food area is often out of pizza, or other alternative food items. Food are is often littered with crumbs or napkins. Service is slow at counter. Pickup or delivery pizza is good.

Usually this is a good location and I don't have problems but today this was not the case. Stopped in around 2pm on 11-19. They had prepared food in the cooler that expired yesterday. I go to grab pizza instead and the warmer is completely empty while the 3 employees in the kitchen where all working on what looked like an order for a couple standing there. The atmosphere was very different and not welcoming like it usually is.

Pros:Convenient locationQuick food optionsReasonably cleanOne friendly/helpful employee named SandyCons:Faulty pumpsSlow pumpsRan out of E85 fuelRude and unprofessional staffI frequent this location due to them having flex fuel products (E85/E15). I’ve had issues before where their pumps run painfully slow (regardless of the weather conditions). My final visit to this location ended with a faulty pump not dispensing any E85 fuel. I moved to another pump, same issue. Opted for E15 instead, pump dispensed less than 2 gallons over 5 minutes. Cars pulled up on both sides of me at neighboring pumps and were able to get more than 7 gallons of regular fuel in the time I pumped less than 2 gallons. I went inside to let the cashier know their pumps were acting up, and he stared at me blankly before saying he thought they ran out of fuel, and it’s been happening all day. If an issue has been happening all day, shouldn’t you get a maintenance crew in to resolve it? Instead, the pumps were open for business but not functioning for those of us who use flex fuel. The only saving grace for this visit was Sandy who tried to get the issue solved to the best of her abilities. Props to Sandy. The rest of the staff here are clueless.

I ordered a taco pizza. The dough was not done, still doughy. I ordered wings with BBQ sauce and got round chicken pieces slightly burnt with no sauce.Terrible experience!!
