ordered through the app delivery and only received half of my order, when I called the store to ask what can be done, they said they were connecting me to the kitchen then I could hear them saying “just hang up on them”. super great customer service guys (NOT) ?

What a terrible and disappointing experience i had today here. I have had a car wash membership for over a year now that i use as my primary method for washing our dealerships cars, and today the app didnt work. It didn't let me log in and I went inside for help and was treated incredibly poorly by the manager daniel. She didnt care my app didnt work, she made sarcastic comments that she wasnt IT and could do nothing about it. She said to just call corporate but she wasn't going to help while being extremely rude. She could have easily helped me and my car wash situation but said I just have to buy another car wash and wasnt going to help. I have already contacted caseys customer service, if you guys care to help you can contact me there.

The pumps are terrible here. Pumps never have paper for receipt ( car wash code). You have to go in and wait in line to get it. Very inconvenient! Plus some of the card readers don't work. They obviously are not doing anything about it as it's been going on for months now.

A Terribly Stinky,Dirty facility,Floor is sticky,Filthy.Counter Service is propitious,I was next to this store doing a job in the shared driveway with the Bank.This was my observation over several days,not just random/1 time visit.

Hi your ice cream to machine didn't work and one of your work managers came up to my husband and decided to yell at him because the truck hadn't come in right away and then the truck showed up and still he was yelling at him and arguing and treating us both out of line cussing at us both getting in our faces trying to think that he was going to go start a fight pretty much discriminating against us and also decided to almost try to put hands on him AKA my husband and add to that he said that my husband called him the n-word which never happened so f*** no this Casey's is definitely on my zero rating forever five stars unbelievable service that was not right that was unacceptable behavior and I will never go there ever again and something will be done about it that was so disrespectful and to say that somebody a customer a customer actually said that we would call an employee the N word is completely out of line immature and just bogus so I hope that this guy knows that his jobs probably on the line and the chick behind the counter that kept yelling at for who knows what just to get into it she also needed to be quiet and just check me out like normal instead she kept saying just get him out of here and we weren't even doing anything wrong so you know what they can go and get a new job because tomorrow their boss is definitely going to be thinking about telling them that and if they don't I'll happily go back in and record another episode cuz I'm sure if I did walk in again they would start something and this was all over stupid ice cream machine when AE was right outside all because all because of a 10 minute to 20 minute problem and we argued for about 30 minutes so we knew what was going on instead we got mistreated yelled at and degraded against and lied to you and profiled and treated like we were garbage and it was complete and utter disgusting and sickening I don't recommend going to this Casey's unless you want to get treated like garbage or worse than that scum in the bottom of the garbage dumpster unfortunately I used to like this Casey's but now I'm definitely I'm definitely going to say the employees have now made it impossible to even want to approach even to get gas just outside of there so this is now a zero star rating

TL;DR— Don’t order delivery.I ordered delivery through the Casey’s app and didn’t receive the correct order. My delivery driver said he would go back to the store to get my order and disappeared. When I called the store for a refund they said I could stop by to receive my refund in cash since putting it back on my card was too difficult. I stopped by the store the next day to get my money back and instead was told I had to call Door Dash even though I placed my order through the Casey’s app. Confusing, but okay I’ll call. After I called Door Dash they told me since I ordered through the Casey’s app that I had to call Casey’s customer support to get a refund. My head hurts, I still don’t have my money back, and I feel robbed. Don’t order delivery from Casey’s.

Always shop Caseys, love their pizza & Frosty's. Alway stop in for the Buy 2 get one free Monster drinks & to use there tire pumps & of course get gas AND so nice to be able to earn & use my points!
