This has got to be the most unorganized store ever!!! This is the absolute last time i order a pizza here - go to pick it up & it hasn’t even been started. When will it be ready? I was told “in a while”. Card readers on pumps dont work. Cant fill my car up, because that is not allowed - they need to know a specific dollar amount And hyvee perks can not be used.
PS - If Casey's is genuinely concerned about their reviews, they would contact me instead of shooting out a canned response for me to contact them!

This Casey's has to be one of the most pathetic gas stations I've ever been to. They will have you waiting in line for at least 5-10 minutes when there's only 3 customers!!!! They have at least 5 workers but ONLY ONE person running a register meanwhile the rest are staring at you not doing a thing but saying to each other "man it's really busy". They refuse to help and get the lines going in order for customers to get in and out. They ALSO have no IDEA what their OWN rewards program is about it's down right sad. I have at least 10,000 Casey's rewards and they continuously tell me that the rewards can't be used for milk, energy drinks etc., then the next day a different person WILL accept it? Makes no sense. This is why I call "Casey's" 'STAY-seys.' because of how awful the customer service is; it will have you STAYING there all day. Unfortunately it seems to be the case with ALL Casey's in South side of Des Moines. That is just showing us they don't care about this side of town( my home) . Sorry Casey's but Quick Trip will be getting my money from now on. ??? If there was a "0 Star ⭐" button THAT would be the one that fits for this Casey's.

I’ve probably ordered around 50-60 Casey’s pizzas in my life and this is the first time ever I’ve asked it to be cut into squares and it actually was. Crust was perfect and everything was great!

I went there this evening ( around 7pm) buy “ Non Ethanol fuel “ for my snowblower, I told the lady I what I wanted, she said she doesn’t know anything about gas, I gave money,but pump didn’t work, I went back inside, she asked if I lift up the nozzle, I told her I have been pumping gas all my life, I asked if she wants to come out, I’ll show her that nozzle doesn’t work, all the sudden she slammed her fist on the counter!!!! and yelled at me saying, “ I can’t go out there”!, I told her you shouldn’t talk to a costumer that way…worst costumer service I have ever experience in my entire life.….my last time going there.

I always get the worst customer service from this location. They don't honor the rewards member deals, and when you call it out, they will sit there and argue with you

Best customer service every received . Most employees fail to bother and help the customer but Hunter was different . By far the best customer service received and definitely a great asset to the team . Needs a raise !!

I wish I could choose which Casey's to order delivery from. The bacon breakfast pizza is always a miss here. I think they forgot the cheese sauce, dry and bland pizza.

Significant other called ordered 2 large breakfast pizzas, he said female didn't ask for name. Went to pick up and told male both named could be under. He said there wasn't anything only a couple other names. I had also picked up a pint of AE 2% Chocolate milk, something told me to look at date, it said Dec 2, it's the 4th. I told him and he didn't seemed to care. I called S.O to make sure at correct location, he said talked to female and this guy seemed to care less about my issue at all. All the sudden a female appears and has no idea whats going one. Other person in there asked for something and was ignored too. If you're going to work in the public, do not ignore customers, know what's going on, and don't appear to be under the influence. I will start going out of my way to not go to this location!

Looking at all the other reviews, I seriously think that they are done by employees, their family or friends because of all the times I've been here, the food is rarely hot, the delivery is rarely on time, the store is rarely clean, and I don't think I've ever encountered the same employees. Today was no different. S.O called for 2 large breakfast pizzas. I went to pick them up and gave them both names that they could be under. Male had absolutely no clue and no interest in figuring it out. Called S.O found out talked to female, asked if there was a female working and was semi ignored until I got louder but still got no answer. Another customer looked in office and said no one was in there. All the sudden a female appears and I asked her, she has no clue. I went to buy a pint of 2% AE Chocolate milk, something told me to look at date and it said Dec 2nd, it's the 4th. I told him and he seemed unmoved. I will absolutely not be going back to this location and will gonout of my way if I want Casey's. If you're going to work in the public do not ignore your customers, ask names of customers who ordered because that's what happened is she didn't ask S.O name and had 2 other names. Also, don't appear to be under the influence. They really need to close this location down!!
