Parking lot filty, trash overflowing, cooler inside store has very minimal product in it but you can look thru the empty shelves and see the product in the back. Eggs open all over the bottom shelf. Beef Jerky all over the floor. Water on the floor with no wet floor sign. I would be embarrassed to say I was the manager hereholy smokes caseys what the heck happened with you caring about the way your stores look. What happened to supervisors and district managers doing surprise visits to these stores that are failing.

Parking: I love caseys and their rewards and most everything about them. I just dont care for this particular store. The employees dont know anything, nor do they care. They just work like humdrum drones and wen u try to talk to them about anything, their answers are always...i dont know...i just work here.and then they chuckle and walk away. Ive had this experience at this store at least 4 different times ive been there.

Angry, unfriendly clerk. At 445pm on a Friday, no food except two sandwiches in warmer and they had expired two hours before. Won't be back, what a dump.

I work in a field where we stop at the gas stations a lot to use the restroom and buy things and I will say by far this Casey’s is the most dirtiest and most disgusting Casey’s we have ever been to! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ? if this is what their restrooms look like I wouldn’t even recommend eating from the kitchen!

Went there to get a few items, 2 bottles of water, 3 cans of Red Bull and a bag of chips. Cashier didn’t bag any of my items, says he ran out of bags. This has happened to me on a few occasions already. The first time was acceptable but after that, not so much. This is clearly horrible service! Do better Caseys!

The lady at the counter who I said hello to turned her head at me on my way in the door. As I walked up to the counter where she was at in the middle of a phone call, on speaker, she cashed me out while talking on her phone that was set on the counter between us. Rude as hell!!!!!

My wife ordered a breakfast pizza and the pick up time said 10:58 am. I get there at 10:52 am and it hasn’t been made yet. There was a door dash gentlemen waiting for his pizzas to made before mine. I understand nothings perfect, but there has to be something implemented to tell customers ordering online with a more realistic time of the order being completed. She also ordered a breakfast burrito and paid for that online to find out they didn’t have any tortilla shells to make one. I asked for my money back and the cook said he was told to give customers a 1800 number to get the money back? I said that’s weird and asked the cashier to refund me the money and he did. The cook was willing to give me the 5.00 out of his own wallet and I said no. He shouldn’t have to do that. That was stand up of him. The breakfast pizza ended up getting done at 11:25 am which once again I know stuff happens. I’m a very patient person, but this won’t settle well with some others. I hope Casey’s system gets better.
