He explained what type of carpet and padding would work for us. Once we did decide the ordering process was smooth and came in ahead of the expected time. Once the products arrived the scheduling process went without a hitch. When it was time to get started, Joseph was here on time and got right to work. This young man is conscientious, meticulous, and works with integrity. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned his mess as he went. We hardly knew he was here. Such a nice, friendly, professional.
