We worked with Molly and she was amazing! She treated us so kindly, made us feel welcomed/comfortable and didn’t try to push us into the wrong car. She listened to what we wanted/needed and got us into a vehicle we really love.

I came in on Monday the 26th with a 2019 Toyota Camry to speak with, Dave Campbell who went above and beyond for me through the entire process and walked away with a 2019 Chevy Colorado. I’ve been shopping around for a truck for awhile with no luck and made a last minute decision after work to go check it out and I wish I did sooner. Thanks again for all the help. ?

I set an appointment on Monday to explore purchasing options. My sales agent was Eric who went above and beyond to get me a new vehicle.
As we waited, he even put the basketball game on for me ( for a moment that was more important to me ?).
Eric made certain that the final selection fit my needs fully! The purchase experience was made both fun and stress free! I'm grateful for Eric's patience as well as the other team members that stayed beyond closing time to take care of me!

This is a revised review. I had to come back and change it a few days after initially driving off the lot with my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander plug in hybrid. From the moment I set foot on the lot I was welcomed by the friendly staff at Capitol City. Molly was fantastic and went out of her way to listen to my needs, ask questions and make recommendations. We test drove a couple different cars before I decided on one. The buying process was explained every step of the way and at no time did I feel pressured or uneasy in any way. Every employee I encountered at Capital City regardless of their involvement with my purchase were friendly and professional. This includes the people behind the scenes who did an amazing job detailing the car. As far the car itself, I had discovered within the first day that the touch screen was completely jacked up which was cause for some disappointment. As I write this it's exactly a week later and I just returned home from picking the car back up from Capital City after they had a new touch screen installed for me. I appreciate how they stepped up to the plate and made sure I was 100 percent happy with the purchase. Like many people out there I've probably heard that "approved by Joe" commercial on KGGO hundreds of times and the tail end of those commercials always have someone talking 100mph and you think to yourself "there must be a catch" All I know is I had a fantastic experience at Capital City Motors.

I didn’t anticipate going in to trade in my car, was just looking for a trade in value. Ended up falling in love with a new car and driving off the lot that day. Entire process took less than 2 hours. Dave was very informative and personable and thoroughly talked me through all of my questions and concerns. I’ve never purchased a car through a dealership and they made it seem so simple! Was very hassle free and I’m in love with my trade in! They even stayed open late for me!

Rod was absolutely amazing!! Made the terrifying process of buying a car so easy and comfortable. How can we be stressed when we're distracted laughing! He stayed after close to help us get through financing, made sure we understood everything and got us an amazing deal with barely any down payment! MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR ROD!!!

After my cousin had a great experience here, we decided that we would give it a shot. I honestly had incredibly low expectations when it came to getting approved, even after working really hard on increasing my credit, the anxiety was still there. Rod ended up pulling through and exceeding my expectations of what the potential reality was. We didn't trust our trade in to go back and forth from Ames, and he was able to work with us and get us approved before even stepping foot in the building. We immediately fell in love, and drove off the lot in a nicer, newer ride ? additionally, while signing papers, my 7 year old son went to ask Rod if he could sit with him, and ended up letting my kiddo give him a crash course in cuphead and squishmallows. Even though it seems small, I am so appreciative of that kind gesture. Its obvious everyone there is incredibly busy, but each and every person my son talked to was willing to listen, and he had SO much fun talking to all of you! Thank you, so much!
