Brad and James were great to work with when we decided to switch our house and car insurance. They responded in a very timely manner and made what I had feared to be a painful process very easy. The only drawback was we were not given an opportunity to meet Jake. :)

I can't say enough awesome things about the amazing team of Renee and Brad at State Farm! Renee is literally the nicest person I have ever talked to on the phone, no exaggeration. And Brad is no slouch! There was a miscommunication with our insurance and both Renee and Brad responded quickly to resolve it. We will never ever go anywhere else for our insurance.
