Starting to dislike Boost Mobile more and more. This one was my 3rd one to stop at and pay my bill because first two were either closed WAY earlier than business hours posted or had a sign on the door saying "gone to break," but their break must have been hours long. Thankfully, I was taken care of here.Also, if you get their "unlimited" plan with unlimited 5G data you only get 30 some gigs a month. After you go over that your internet comes to a screeching hault. 2G I think

Customer service is horrible. Drive a little farther and go to a different store - much better service.

Everytime we go to this store it's disappointing to the point we don't go here anymore. Today tried to swing by and yet again doors locked, lights on and nobody is home... No idea how they stay in business!

Purchased phones approx 1mo. Ago. Was told that my bill would only increase $35 to add my kids phone to my family plan. We were straight LIED TO! My bill went from $127 per mo to $191. Also, put my kids billing cycle 2 wks before mine, so I have to make 2 separate payments per mo...?????? Not only was the store representative unhelpful but also rude, refusing to do ANYTHING about the several LIES we were told during the sales process. I have NEVER had a more frustrating customer experience (I worked customer service for 18 yrs).....

They had about 30 different android phones on display but when my girlfriend and I went into purchase they only had 3 different style android phones in stock. But service was good
