A bunch of bums and hobos inside and outide the store I drove from Ames to pick up a new iPhone..Which was suppose to be new but it wasn’t it came out a used cell phone box and not a apple phone box..Scam..Go else where.Oh and paint is peeling off of my purple iphone I’ve never had that happen with none of my phones..smh never again

Good service and kindness, the best thing is that they speak Spanish, I saw a wide variety of cell phones and accessories and they also repaired my cell phone at a low cost, I recommend them??

I have a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone every single time I call. Last week I called them for a screen replacement and was quoted a price of $89. I had a friend drop off my phone and when he returned to get it they had sent my phone out to another store without asking me or telling me, then they made him drive 5 miles to go to another store to get it. Then they were already closing when he got there so they almost wouldn't let him in to get my phone then they tried giving him a phone that wasn't even mine. The last straw-they overcharged me by $15 and when I tried calling them to get my credit card refunded they wouldn't answer the phone and never replied to my chat message about fixing the overcharge nor did they even call me back. Don't recommend.
