Our family would like to thank everyone involved in making our custom flower arrangements for my mom’s funeral this past weekend. The beautiful addition of butterflies and beautiful flowers made a very difficult day a beautiful celebration. Thank you so very much. Jane did an excellent job with my bridal bouquet and boutinerre! Gave me exactly what I dreamed of and stayed with in my budget. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I will be recommending her and Boesen to anyone who is looking for a florist!

My uncle lives in Des Moines, IA and when I asked him for the name of the best florist for deliveries in Des Moines he advise Boesen. I called in and Michelle was so professional and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and her team had a beautiful basket of Blooming Anthurium plants delivered perfectly on time. They look better than anything I found on google for these plants. Just Beautiful

LATE REVIEW:
I ordered 4 regular size balloons and a small teddy bear for my uncle who is in the hospital
For $41.00. Plus $10.00 delivery fee, (delivered April 29th) the balloons were DEFLATING ON MAY 1st, today is MAY 3rd…
I am so pissed $41.00 for balloons that didn’t last A WEEK!..
I wish my uncle was able to take a picture of the DEFLATED BALLOONS, so I can post them

Follow up: I spoke w/ Sandra at Bosen she will send out a small bouquet of flowers for uncle.. given 3 stars because they tried to make it right

WONDERFUL! I brought my toddler nephew in to buy flowers and the woman working let him pick out each flower and make a custom bouquet. She was so pleasant and the pricing was so fair, I will definitely be back.

This place is fabulous! I called them (I live out of state) to make a local delivery for my daughter, who had just passed an important exam. They were able to deliver a beautiful bouquet the same afternoon. We were all so happy, and the woman on the phone was very kind and efficient.

The whole time I was asking for flowers and asked about a vase. I was met with deep sighs and a side eye along with a horrible attitude the entire time. When given the flowers, I was tossed the scissors to cut my own flowers. Customer service was horrible. Will never support someone with that character again.

I had a great experience at this Boesen location. Stopped to pick up some red carnations to honor my grandmother on the anniversary of her passing, and the lady working in the shop took great care of me and my needs. I will be back again anytime I need something in the floral department.

I want to thank the people at Boesen Florist for going out of their way to make sure a plant I ordered for my daughter's birthday arrived at her home. No one was there when they first delivered it but one of the employees delivered it again so it would be there when she came home. Thank you so much for making this extra effort. It was much appreciated. I understand why your company came highly recommended. She absolutely loved the plant.
