My name is Roy Green with All Out Rampage LLC, I own a rage room in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I worked with Kory Boersma with Boersma Insurance Services and man was he helpful. Any silly question I had or anything thing I asked of him he exceeded beyond belief and with this being my first time needing business insurance I had no clue what I was getting myself into but Kory made sure I got the best insurance policy and made sure I wasn't just paying for a piece of paper. Boersma Insurance goes above and beyond for all of my insurance needs, from commercial to personal, and are always very fast to respond to me. In fact, I have never worked with an insurance company that responds as fast as they do as well as get things done in a very prompt and professional way.Lastly, the staff has always thoroughly gone through my policies, changes to policies, etc and always makes sure I understand the policies.Outstanding insurance company and I recommend them.

Kory puts his clients' interest first! He researched the details of our policy when we had a potential claim after the insurance adjuster told us we had a $5000 deductible. Kory discovered we actually had a ZERO deductible for this type of claim which could have saved us Thousands of Dollars! He is the BEST insurance agent we have ever worked with. If you aren't insured with him, you are probably paying too much and don't have adequate coverage.

The agency is efficient but thorough and I have never wondered if we are properly covered.
