My daughter attends Drake University, yet we live in Central Illinois. When she sustained compromising vehicle damage, we weren't sure who to contact. We took a chance on Scotty's Body Shop, and we couldn't be more pleased! Not only was the repair done impeccably in one day, Scotty went above and beyond with additional attention to detail! “I was in an accident last Wednesday where a car going at least 40mph rear ended me while I was stopped. I chose Scotty’s to have my car towed to.
I am SO incredibly glad I did. I first spoke with Chelsea last Friday to see about getting estimates done for insurance, and she said it could be towed then, or I could wait until Monday. Just to give a call when I was wanting it done.
I called first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 my car was at Scotty’s. Before close, Tucker gave me a call and went over what all they found. He gave me a warning that it would most likely be totaled out. But gave me advice on how to handle it and made sure I knew it was still my car and I called the shots.
Tuesday insurance declared my car a total loss, today I went to release my escape for insurance to get it tomorrow and grab everything else I needed out.
Tucker was AMAZING and answered any questions I had, even if they didn’t always make sense and explained everything so well.
My dad always swore by Scotty’s, unfortunately he isn’t here anymore but the experience I had this week confirms how great of a company it is. If I ever need anything like this done again (let’s hope not for my sanity) I will 100% choose Scotty’s again.

“My daughter had the misfortune of having a truck back into her Mustang in a parking lot. There was a lot of damage requiring replacing the front of the car and blending of paint down both sides of the car. The repair job was done to perfection and the paint blend is seamless! I’m about as picky as you can get and as always Darren and his team go over and above to make sure the job is done right. This is probably the sixth or seventh repair that I’ve had done by them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither should you!”

“I have been taking all my cars to them for full details at least once every year for the past 25 years. In addition, they also do periodic touch up work and paintless dent removal on all my cars. Very professional, extremely high quality work with great follow up and customer service. They will also be doing window tint on two of my cars this week. Over the years, if there have ever been any minor issues with the work, they’ve always taken care of it promptly and made it right. That’s why I keep going back. The quality of the work and most importantly—the quality of the people who do the work.”

“Pur my truck up on the lift so I could freely examine it on my own. And even assisted me with light and a compressor. They quoted me a price for some shock installation. And was fair. I had day off so I managed doing it myself. But would have been So much easier to have let them. The have the facilities. They didn't charge me at all for their time or anything.”
