Trying to have paint made. Dropped off part to have matched and paint made. Was told they would call the next day when the paint was done. They did not call. I came in the next day after. The employees pretty much just ignored me and carried on with there conversation for several minutes. When I was helped they told me they did not make my paint and to come back Monday again. I came in on Wednesday to pick up my paint since I couldn't make it Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday was the same thing. Was basically ignored for a long time. Then was told they haven't done anything with my order. No explanation or anything. Like they didn't even care. Horrible business. I did not give them the chance to run me around again

The guy working there are very helpful and knows what they are doing. They help you get the right stuff with out making a person feel dumb. Best store around

Went in for some advice on what to use when removing clear coat overspray. What a surprise to find that the employee actually spent the time to look at the car and then gather the needed materials to come to the parking lot and take care of the problem for me. I wasn't expecting that level of customer service. Much appreciated .....THANK YOU!

It has been quit a few years since my last visit to this store but I haven't forgotten the great service and friendly staff. You made my Hobbie a much more enjoyable time. But I have moved and am wondering if you ship to out of state places?

Automotive paint was mixed incorrectly ( to much black pigment) cost me over $600 in waist. When I come back and ask if it can be fix the answer was you are on your own.
