“Last summer I had a work conference in Des Moines and I brought along my bicycle which I locked up at our hotel. Someone stole my seat and so I was looking for an easy replacement. I swung by to just pick one up, but the gentlemen helping me said he needed to see the bike, which I left at the hotel. I was a little irritated that he just wouldn't sell me a common bike seat, but I returned with my bike all the same. He helped me find a seat that would fit and was a pleasure to talk to during the repair. He also dropped some building maintenance work he was doing when I explained my situation. All in all this facility and the gentleman helping me was fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more. In fact I'm writing this review over a year later because of how thankful I was to have their service.”
