It was the best ham ever. If you live in or around Des Moines area it's worth a stop. You just show up. They also have lots of other pork products for sale right there. The employee I felt with was a big help and very friendly. I will get another one next year for sure

Purchased a cherry wood smoked ham for Thanksgiving. It was the tastiest, juiciest ham we have ever had. The Berkshire pork is slightly sweeter and way more tender than your run of the mill pork. My family and myself are now ruined on any type of ham but this! We are excited to purchase and try more products in the near future. We will definitely be purchasing another ham for Christmas dinner as this ham will become a new family tradition!
