I'm an artist who is fairly new to the in's and out's of photo printing, so I went to Beeline & Blue as a local, peer-mentioned option. From the outset, they were very responsive to my email questions (thank you, Mary!) and got me squared away with a quote and a timely printout.The prints I received were great, but what was even more stellar was the post-payment care and attention my order received. The perfectionist in me noticed a few, tiny inconsistencies on a few prints. After bringing them to Beeline's attention and looking them over together, these prints were swiftly reprinted at no extra charge.This was my first time printing with Beeline, and they made sure that my first printing experience was excellent. I'm super appreciative of their care and service and recommend them because of this!

Bill was AMAZING to work with! I had signs for our wedding to print off. He was in constant communication with me about how certain things would work and how they wouldn't. He told me when he didn't think something would print out right and what I needed to change. We had some things that needed to be folded before they were put out on the tables and they scored them for us, so the folding was perfect for each one!

Artists beware! The website says they will scan, color match/adjust and archive your file. But thw lady running the scanner wont offer this service. Claiming your prints will only be color correct if they print them. When asked about giclee, she said any inkjet is giclee. But that is not true. A giclee is pigment based inks on heavy paper. She told me all of their printers are water based inks. Which means they will not have the colorfastness of pigment based inks and will fade fast when exposed to light. At the cost of 50 per scan and 27$ each for prints that will fade?? No way!

I had to drop off a project for my spouse. The staff lady helping me was very patient and understanding that I was just the "messenger". Can't wait to see the results.

I submitted artwork twice for printing. I called in the first time and they socialized someone would contact me once the order was received. No one did, so I reached out and forwarded my confirmation of submission. The contact at Beeline for fine art prints responded that someone in IT would look into it, and asked me to submit again. She asked that I email her once I submitted the photos so she could confirm receipt.The second submission was received 9/7. There was communication about sizing, copies, etc. I got a quote in pricing and then nothing. I stopped in once about a week later, no prints completed. I waited another week or so, and called. No prints. I sent one last email on 10/29 and finally got a response that there were no prints because a work order was not created. She asked me to contact her and let her know if I’d like the order printed. I did not respond and finally ordered through another fine art printing company.Then I began getting weekly invoice emails for payment! I had disregarded them since they seemed automated and I had no prints. When I got one with a direct message asking how I planned to take care of my invoice, I responded that I did not receive prints and wouldn’t pay, but if prints are now done (January), they could send them to me as a curtesy free of charge and left my address. I got an email back apologizing for the “breakdown in communication” and letting me know my prints were disposed by shredder.

I've designed several car show posters and had them printed here. I have been extremely satisfied with the results. The print quality is superb at a reasonable price; turn around time was quick; everyone is so friendly and helpful.

They don't respond back to customers looking for samples. Say they're going to send samples but never do. Been in contact about 5 times trying to get samples. I guess they're comfy with just their Dupont and Meredith Corp dollars. So be it.

Bill and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I got to know them through doing all of our construction printing, however, we will look their way moving forward for any of our printing needs. Called for an estimate on some prints, never received a call back. They seemed to be more interested in posters and color prints than my 100 page blueprints set.
