I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. Wow! Great people, great service, great products. It is so heartening to deal with a business that is professional, competent and customer-service oriented. We needed a new car battery and we were not even aware that Batteries Plus provided this service. My husband called and spoke with Josh who went above and beyond in answering questions and providing information. Josh was just as helpful at the store. What a pleasure it is dealing with real professionals - people who care about their customers!

Bought 2 batteries for my motorhome September took them back November 3rd they tested them and determined they were bad $289 a battery a hassle with these batteries but they did refund my money.

We showed up with a box truck that died as soon as we hit their parking lot. It was NOT an easy fix: two dead batteries and a broken box that housed the batteries that needed to be cut off. The store owner actually came in to help us on a day he wasn't usually there just to make sure we could get up and running! Jacob and the store owner worked with us through the whole thing to help get us back on the road. Highly recommend!

They replaced the battery in my daughters car after a battery test at a service shop showed low CCA. The hospitality and installation were great! Locally owned store/shop. Great job! Will recommend and return for battery and cell phone service.
