I’ve been going to this mall since I was born and while slots changed I can still say it’s one of my favorite places. I’ve also been working at various stores in the mall for roughly 5 years and loved all my jobs.

Very sad, Merle Hay Nall used to be a great place to go shopping, eat, and meet friends. The stores that are left are good stores, but there are lots of unoccupied stores.

The place seems alright, but besides a couple of notable stores and that event that was taking place when i went, it seems like it doesn't get enough foot traffic.

Merle Hay Mall has down so much to provide the community with a decent mall experience. Anchor stores are Kohls and Target but the constant remodeling and keeping up really goes a long ways.

Ok 1st of all I Am IN LOVE WITH THE THEATER HERE NEVER FOUND ONE LIKE IT UNTIL I CAME HERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND! 2ND THIS MALL IS EXTREMELY DRY BUT HEY I LOVE IT AT LEAST I GET TO WALK AROUND FREELY AND ENJOY THE SCENERY AND DO ACTIVITIES HERE WHICH IS COOL ? I LOVE THE FACT THAT SOME OF MY FAVORITE STORES ARE HERE TOO SO NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME AT ALL. CAFETERIA I TOTALLY FELT SAD FOR HONESTLY ITSS LIKE DRY AND NO ONE THERE ?.

Love the mall and how there’s lots to do in but very very disappointed with the family bathrooms I encountered today. They’re DISGUSTING and please don’t even get me started on the changing tables in there, I did NOT want to change my daughter on them. Merle Hay do better. And not to mention the walls were filthy the toilets were nasty.
