Most unhelpful customer service ever. You call regarding a charge on your account next thing you know your account is shut down no way to get money out and it’s the holidays. Thankfully I have another credit union that I use that was most helpful.

They have always gone way beyond providing services. One time, Saundra, a manager, called me at 7.30 pm, to file an application that was due the next day. All the folks that work at the Merle Hay branch should wear capes!

Bank local, don't waste your time with Bankers Trust. Customer service from tellers and bankers ranges from condescending to straight up rude. They give no exceptions and sneak in fees for their “free checking account†however it's only free if you deposit $500 through the app not just depositing through the tellers or ATM. Didn't understand that? Too bad!! Now you know for next month kiss your $13 buh bye. I'm out $50 this month in fees for literally nothing and they make no exceptions like they are cops at the end of the month trying to meet their quotas. I will be joking a local Iowa bank and closing my account and telling anyone I meet to stay clear of Bankers Trust.

We have been with Bankers Trust for almost fifteen years, my husband has had a checking account with them for probaby about twice that. I used to have a really high opinion of them. I am a creature of habit so we are still there however the past two year have been plagued with incidents. Rude telephone service on several occasions difficulties with ATM machines and slow resolution with that 500.00 problem. I'm sure after this ATM incident we will be looking for a new bank. It's crazy. They want their money and charge NSF fees like crazy for take their time resolvig things on their end.

It's unfortunate how unprofessional, their loan officers are. Wouldn't recommend getting an account with them. They are very difficult to deal with. I dont know how the other branches are but the one on Merle Hay rd, is just terrible.
