I never liked bank of the west but I stayed because of convenience but just when I thought they couldn't get worse they did it buy selling out to the Canadian bank of Montreal. I can't get out of this place fast enough. I customer service wasn't good before but now it's awful.

Not only are they only open during normal work hours 9am -4pm but they are now also closed over the lunch hours 12pm -1:30pm including the drive thru. Definitely looking into other options. Ridiculous I'm not able to access MY money.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here branch is either close.... against what website says....or the drive thru lane is a minimum of a 48 minute wait. Worst experience ever but has become the closest branch. And people wonder why people go "postal". Customer Service non existent here.
