“Respect, the one thing I love about this place is how respectful everyone is one. They speak to you and understand the situation you're in. My father being an immigrant spoke in broken English, but Mr. Alagic spoke to my father in a way where my father and him had conversations where they both understood one another. Mr. Alagic was one of many hard-working and respectful workers Wells Fargo's has to offer. I wish I could put more than 5 stars on how My father, and I were treated and how tidy the place was.”

Nguyen, decided to stay with me here in the USA (especially here in State of Iowa), I told her that things will be very different than what she (and her young daughter Giao Lee) are used to back in Vietnam or in Asia. I informed them to prepare, emotionally and spiritually, to be treated differently, simply because we look different and we have different values. No matter how much I helped them to prepare for the new life here in the USA, it is often tough to be different, especially when you get treated like a second-class citizen. However, my new family and I are still most hopeful and most faithful to the USA (and even to Iowa) because of so many wonderful people we have met here. And, one of those super people is Mr. Christopher Van Meter, who happens to be the totally awesome U.S. Bank branch manager for the U.S. Bank's Drake Branch. Every time we walk into his branch, we see him and his banking customers working with respect and resolve. I see his customers, who are from many different cultures and countries, coming out of his office with smiles of respect and relief. Therefore, my wife, Thuy T. Nguyen, and I must recommend that you go "see" him if you need any retail banking products or services. If you are in town for the big Drake's basketball games - or you are touring the Des Moines area from out of state or even from out of country - or you live in Des Moines area and need highly competent and highly courteous banker, you should work with Mr. Christopher Van Meter.
