Bought a jump starter for a dead battery. First one we purchased was defunct, but the employee was so incredibly helpful and kind, making sure the new one we got would work and providing a discount because the new one was more expensive. She totally made it right.

Was on hold for over 20 minutes before eventually giving up on ever getting service. In store they didn't have a part that another AutoZone said they would have. A trip that wouldn't have been necessary had anyone answered a phone call.

Put on hold after every question asked. Then put on hold and nobody came back and picked up the phone for 8 minutes. Advance was able to help tho.
