Sold me the wrong size battery last week, took it back today and then the manager proceeded to argue about it. Finally got the right battery. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Short version Meiko at this store is a rock star.Long version. Stopped for small needle nose pliers to pull a very small fuse to trouble shoot both headlights being out at once. Store did not have any small enough but Meiko asked if I need any help. Ended up digging through store tools to find a pair. He help to pull and check the fuses and then asked I pop the hood. He pulled one head light bulb and found it blown. Without prompting he pulled the second which was also blown. We went straight back inside where he went through my options in bulbs, rang me up and followed me out to my car. Without asking he jumped in and started swapping in the new ones. Even helped get that stubborn fuse back in. Meiko is the the type of employee you wish to deal with. Helpful, goes above and beyond and a pleasure to work with.Needless to say I will gladly bring my business to this store with a shining example like Meiko there.

I have been coming to this store for quite a while. Out of all the auto parts stores I’ve been too , Eric has been the most professional employee I’ve ever met. He knows his stuff to the T. His knowledge in every single sector is remarkable and his customer service is top notch. I hope Autozone takes notice of this and values employees like ERIC.Thank you .

3 hours into an 8 hour road trip on a 101 degree day, our AC started to falter. Stopped at Auto Zone. Meiko helped us get the right product and explained with great detail how to use the the coolant. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Had the worst service today ever! Went in and waited at the counter. One guy was helping two gentleman and the other guy was on the computer. Said he would be with us in a couple minutes but asked if we had a corporate account. When we said no he went back to working on the computer. A guy came in and stood at the other end of the counter and then another guy came in with a box of stuff and putt it on the counter by the guy on the computer. And walked away to shop.I then looked up and a worker had came from the back and started helping the other guy that had just came in and not us!So this was the first thing that upset me. But then when the worker that was done on the computer/phone he said now I’m ready to help you so we walked over to the counter and he said I’m sorry I can’t help you I only work with corporate people!! I was like excuse me?? He said I can not help you! I said well then I guess you do not want our business! We will go to O’Reillys just down the road we walked out the door ! They lost out on an $80 sale for being rude!!!
