“Great crew here, and I always see lots of smiles and staff getting along well. A smile on the front end goes a long way to ensuring a good experience. I had an experience here that justifies monthly unlimited washes I thought I would share since I was resistant to the idea myself.
I left one of my rear rugs here, probably right under the clip. I didn't notice it for a couple of days, then used a different location for a few visits, so by the time I got back, it was over a week. Then I forgot about it (I vacuum first), so by the time I get back and ask, it's been 2 weeks, and I have NO expectation of success.
She asks what it looks like. I say like this, only left-handed, showing her the remaining matt. Again, with a smile, she takes it and says, "Let's see," and disappears into the building. When she returned with my lonely, solitary matt, I wasn't even that bummed. She handed it back and said someone was still checking, then returned to attending other customers........
a moment passes
...lo and behold the door opens, music in the background. In slow motion, I see another employee step towards me, and the triumphant music gets louder. Now, in super-slowmo, slightly different angle, she smiles as the floor matt in her hand is revealed!! YES!!! Fireworks go off overhead! Balloons rise up into the perfect blue sky! Five F16 fighters jets fly overhead, one peeling off, then returning to formation representing the floor matt returning to the car. A spontaneous ovation erupts from the parking lot! A puppy licks a baby as confetti falls all around.
Still smiling, she confirmed it was mine. I thanked her, and she turned around and returned to work, disappearing back into the building like nothing happened.
I feel like that by itself paid for a couple of months.”
