I love that you can pick up bags and other accessories and know you have the right size or item you need. So much friendlier and nicer than big stores or guessing you have the right thing to order on line. Very knowledgeable staff too. They take all the time you need to go over things.”

The sales associate took the time to give me a few pointers which I genuinely appreciated as I haven’t owned a washing machine with an agitator in over 10 years. But the best customer service came 2 weeks later.
I thought something was wrong with the washer, so I called & left a message (they hadn’t opened yet) and got an immediate call back upon them opening. They kindly walked me through troubleshooting… and honestly it was entirely user error ? but they were so encouraging & helpful through that process that I’m confident they truly mean it when they say they stand behind their sales! The issue was handled fast and promptly, with a friendly smile. Even asked me afterwards if there was anything else I needed assistance with. Wow, what service in a home improvement store!!
I have been to menards, lowes, and other Home depot's in the west des moines and urbandale area (where I usually shop), and never, never have I received friendly service like I did yesterday. just wow! This was the first time I shopped at this location. So, it was a great first impression.
