“I visited a store yesterday, Saturday, July 27, 2024. I wanted to give them a shout out. The store, University Vacuum and Sewing. I was greeted by three very friendly staff members. They showed me around the store. Although they don't carry fabric, they do offer a few smaller items and kits. I purchased a very cool kit made from the Iowa Shop Hop fabrics and I can't wait to start on it. When I checked out they gave me my stamp, my greeting card and this really nice little present. I will be back they were just so great to talk to while I was there.”

I have been to menards, lowes, and other Home depot's in the west des moines and urbandale area (where I usually shop), and never, never have I received friendly service like I did yesterday. just wow! This was the first time I shopped at this location. So, it was a great first impression.
