Very nice staff & always accommodating. I will say the inventory is fairly sparse when I visit, but it being a small business I understand.

I knew the true Ancient Ways that flourished with knowledge and love.Unfortunately when Jo took leave it's never been the same.I've tried to keep an open mind and patience with the remaining factors.Unfortunately.... This one poinent and painful event stands true in its simplicity! When one woman allows another woman to go with lipstick on their teeth ...yet can go about selling to them. Can you really trust that salesperson? Honestly disappointed once again.

It has potential to be a nice little shop, but inventory is rarely updated, so don't come here expecting anything new if you've been recently. The staff is friendly but the merchandise is pricy, especially the stones. There are other places in the metro with much brighter vibes. Something about this place is off.

The store had a bad vibe. The girl working was rude and not helpful at all. There was a guy laying on the couch not sure what he was doing there but it was an uncomfortable feeling. I will never go back to the store again. The whole situation was unpleasant. I would not wasting your time or energy on this store.

I’m convinced someone cursed this store.. it used to be so cool! I’ve been coming here for years.. but with moving to waukee I have a hard time getting out.. I was so disappointed when I walked in to no greeting except from the dog that was in there.. the shelves were bare.. I used to buy my hoodoo supplies and 7 day candles from there.. anyway there were 3 people working this day I came in and nobody talked to me at all! I stood in front of the herbs patiently waiting for the girl standing there to ask me if I needed any help.. but she didn’t.. I needed some candles anyway so grab them and go to check out and stand in front of the girl at the register.. she didn’t acknowledge me at all.. I was about to just put my products back but then eventually she decided she wanted to sell me candles.. but continued to talk to girl number 3 right passed me and even asked her if she could stop what she was talking about to help me .. I did not leave that place with a good feeling at all.. did new owners take over?? I’m so confused lol.. where’s all the merchandise? They have better supplies at the Mexican store & Barnes and noble tbh .. sad to see my fave stores go down hill

Missing lots if items that use to be carried at the prior location. Does not have the same energy or vibe that the prior location on Woodland Ave had. Staff was not very accommodating.
