It says your Des Moines location is open for pickup on Saturdays, but they're not. It's frustrating driving out there and you not being open.

They would not let me grab the order with the code for a tire because i was using my bf app isn’t of mine this time. Took me forever to figure out how to cancel. Still didn’t figure it out. Just had to make an issue statement thing. Tried to message the person but couldn’t felt so bad.

Canceled in person interview with very short notice . Made no effort to reschedule or give reason as to why. Very disappointed and surprised. Makes you wonder if reason was an age thing or some other politically incorrect one.

I was a 16 year customer that always paid my bills. I sold my two locations a couple years ago and started up in a new location again recently. I couldn't even get a call back from a salesperson. It is unfortunate that the bigger these companies get they forget about who got them there.

Easy to find overnight parking bathrooms inside ,good people working got dock 7:00 am and waiting until they can unloadUpdate: got dock 8:00/started by app 9:00 and unloading takes ~4 hours

Delivered 8 lug nuts 4 of which where 9/16'' and the other where the correct size 14mm. Tech was able to put lug nuts on by hand but some where binding when installing called ATD about the issue and they said they would reimberse the studs that where damaged by the wrong part and where aware of the labor in doing so. ATD called the next day and the management said they wouldn't do anything but return the money for the lug nuts and non of the damages. Completely changed there original statement of making it right with the customer for time involved in the damage to the customers lug studs.
