My small business, Green Family Flooring, recently made the switch from CenturyL*ink to American Business Phones net2phone, and I couldn't be happier. My ABP salesman, Scott has been hands on during the process of the switch. C*nturyLink made the process difficult on their end, (which confirmed my reasons for the switch); however, with some diligence and lots of help from the ABP and net2phone team, I am up and running. My installer, Nate and the crew were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ABP for any small business phone needs.

We have been a long time customer of ABP and they always come through. We have used them for phone and PBX installation, data and voice cable runs, security, and some networking. They are always responsive and priced fairly. I call them when I'm in a pinch when I need something done because I can count on them and the work they do.

We just had our phone system replaced as our 20 year old Comdial system was having issues. When I requested info on line at night, I was called the very next day and someone came to see us with a full proposal and demonstration of the equipment to be installed should we like to move forward. The price was @ $1,000 less than another vendor that only gave us estimations and we went ahead with the install. American was able to install us the same week. Dan and the other tech that came out were able to replace the system and test all out with the littlest of disruption and helped us to understand how the new equipment works and train us all in the office on how to use the various features. Follow up questions with them were quickly responded to and I'd recommend these folks for your next phone system anytime.
