Honestamente JAMAS VUELVO!!no cobran justamente, ellos te cobran basado en lo que te devuelve el gobierno, si te devuelve mucho te cobran bastante desde los $350 hasta $1,000 por hacer tus taxes.. no les recomiendo hacer taxes aqui.Honestly I would NEVER COME BACK to this place!! They charge you based on how much you are getting back from your taxes.. if your refund is big they will charge you from $350 - 1,000.If you ask at the very beginning how much they charge they will tell you a price but then when they are done doing your taxes, they will change it, they will increase it. If you ask them why did it change ? They will tell you it's because they did lots of paperwork.

I’m giving 2 stars just because they the job,but make sure you ask how much they’re gonna charge before you sing any documents . They said a price than they’ll change it than charge you more just because your refund is big, trust me some people act like they’re nice but they’re behind your money, I don’t mine to pay them for the job but stay true with what you said at first

I was waiting for 2 hrs at cesar's tax service, other people too, they were closed, schedule says they're open from noon to 6pm, I got tired of waiting, so I left around 2pm and I called America Latina Income Tax service, they were open, so I rushed to that place on Hubell ave and e 29th st, I was received immediately, and the income tax lady was friendly and very efficient, she even got me a much more better and substantial refund than cesar's last year, so I would recommend this place very much, next year I'll go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quiero comentar mi experiencia al hacer mi declaracií³n de impuestos en esta agencia, me pasaron con un tipo llamado Jose y fue muy grosero y prepotente y dijo que lo estaba estresando todo porque yo le hize preguntas ya que él no se sabe explicar y me dijo que porque no regresaba a la escuela para aprender , siendo que yo estoy pagando por un servicio , estaba a punto de retirarme cuando la Sra. Paty escuchí³ y me atendií³ ella que ella si tiene modales para tratar a sus clientes, publico esto porque no está bien que tengan personas que desprestigian a esta Agencia y alertar a los demás para que no permitan que los atienda este tipo
