Great place! I was indecisive about what I wanted. Pam listened, made suggestions and in the end, I was 100% happy about how my hair color, highlights and cut turned out. I will be back!

This is the most vial place of business I’ve ever been to. The foul mouthed owner Pam made me feel so uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. The language that was spoken in front of me would have made a sailor plush. And to be speaking on you own personal cell phone on speaker in front of the client was very rude. Let alone the stuff on the other end has foul also. Will definitely never be going back again and recommend no one ever does either. And as a Christian I was completely blown away, but Christian or not no one should endure that type of environment. And as an owner you should know if your client is uncomfortable. The language that was spoken around me today as a customer was so vial and filthy.Service: Hairstyling

I called first to hear pricing of highlights receptionist replied $49 for partial and $69 for full. My roommate and I booked same day appointments back to back. My roommate was first and Pam used same bleach for both of us. I however was just wanting a few highlights around crown are to blend roots better. 5 total foils is all she place in before putting me under dryer for 30 minutes not one time checking on processing . Finally the receptionist rinses both my roommate and I and the receptionist applied both our toners. Rinses the toner and back to chair. I was in a hurry and told pam just blow dry a little I was in a hurry. Color seemed to look and blend to my liking . I go to pay and am charged $115 for 5 foils and a $23 bottle of thermal spritz. $115!!!!!!! For 5 foils! Wow what happened to $49 partial? Well you had product too I said yes but $23. Forget it I paid and left . The next day I shampooed my hair and got to looking and couldn't believe the breakage from over processing. Tiger stripes along crown of my head. What a disaster this service turned out to be. My roommates was worse. So we call Pam and tell her about damage and she doesn't assume any fault she told us you both were happy when you left. My roommate told her why would you recommend a hair breakage product to me instead of a color shampoo and conditioner. Because she knew she over processed both of us and still hasn't done anything to make it right. Pam keeps turning the blame back over to us not offering trims or deep conditioning. Nothing! We feel she needs to be accountable so we will see who the courts feel is responsible for our hair breakage .

Pam and Caitlyn are fantastic. Personable, professional and fun. I was impressed at my first appointment and still am. Price is reasonable, location easy access.

Great experience, the Pam is so great totally down to earth and good at what she does, that's for sure. Madison, I believe was her receptionist and she was bubbly and made it a pleasant experience. And happy with my haircut.

Pam is amazing with my hair . She was one of the only hair stylist that seemed to listen to me when I talked . I’m also have very bad social anxiety but not with her she just put me at ease . I highly recommend going to her or to anyone here . They all seem like down to earth girls.
