In my experience the employees have always been exceptional. In 2020 after losing my husband to suicide. I broke down in the drive through. This was at the peak of COVID and the lady working in the drive through came out to hug me. That says a lot about the people who work there and their character.

Jenna was extreamly helpful!!! I had placed a call to customer service regarding what I believed to be a fishing spam call. She took some information from me, explained she needed to do some additional research and an hour or so later returned my call. By the end of the conversation I felt assured the matter was resolved. REALLY APPRECIATE the customer service provided by ACU!!!
