I had someone rear end me right in front of their shop. They were wonderful in helping me call the police and let me stay there until the police came. Stayed late for me. I took my vehicle back for estimates. Unfortunately progressive totaled my jeep. I highly recommend this shop. If I ever need body work in the future, this where I will be taking my vehicle. A big thank you to chadabd his staff.

Action Auto Body not only overdid themselves with their work but the customer service was beyond top notch! Very thorough and walked through everything. This shop is highly, highly recommended. I will absolutely do business here again!

Took my 2021 Chevy Colorado to Action Auto Body. Very pleased with the repair work and customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough. They set up my rental vehicle, kept me informed on the status of the repairs and finished 2 days early. Very friendly people who do a fantastic job! On a scale of 1 to 10, they get a 12!

Action Auto crew worked with me and my insurance to get my car into the shop and worked on quickly and without hassle. The car was ready ahead of schedule, and at my request they walked me through every change and repair - very thorough. They were also very communicative through the process. I never wondered why I hadn't heard from the shop or felt like I was in the dark. Friendly people who seem to enjoy their workplace. 100% recommend!

I had a great experience working with Action Auto Body!!! They were so great at keeping me updated throughout the process of them fixing my 2020 Subaru Impreza. If I ever called to check on the status of my vehicle, anyone I spoke with was very kind and thorough at explaining the status and the circumstances waiting on the insurance company to approve the work. My mechanic referred me to their shop, and I trust them 100% with my car!! Highly recommend bringing your car here for body work repair. Thank you action auto body for doing a phenomenal job!!

What a great team! Starting with Lisa at the front desk and not limited to Loren and James in the back. Those are just the names I remember. Chad has an awesome crew.
A super group that gets the job done - honestly and fairly. Chad patiently explaining how his team could "hopefully" fix the "damage" to the fender and liner without replacing with "new" parts. AND THEY DID!
All occured when inadvertently "smacked" into an unforgiving orange cone. Daughter and I were verfy much relieved when the project was completed quickly and at a fair price.

Chad and his team made what could have been a stressful situation into something clear, calming, and very reassuring. We brought my son's Chevy Silverado into the shop and were walked through every step of what could and should be done to keep the car healthy and attractive for as long as possible. Chad took the time to explain things in terms we understood and walked us through the costs and timeline in a very kind and compassionate way. Action Auto Body did an amazing job on my 2023 Jaguar. I had some customization done and they did an excellent job. I am very particular, and the customization exceeded my expectation!
I live in Iowa City, and I checked out some auto body shops in Iowa City, but I decided to drive the 116 miles to have the work done by Action Auto Body in Des Moines. I am so happy I did!
Chad (the owner) kept me up to date throughout the process – he is very hands on, which is great! I highly recommend Chad and his team – Lisa (the office manager) was extremely helpful.

I highly reccomend this place. I took my car in for repair after a tree branch fell and dented my roof. Their work is amazing and they sent me reminders and updates of their progress which I appreciate. Upon pickup, they walked me through what was repaired and throughly explained their work and answered all my questions and concerns.

Had a great experience here when I dented my brand new truck. They communicated proactively and gave me a longer timeline but were done in less than half the time. Repair looks great!! Would recommend to anyone!

State farm sent me here after a fender bender. I do not live in Des Moines and had no idea where to go. These guys looked at my fender, checked drivability, explained to me i could drive to Minneapolis, return to Atlantic Ia and back to my car fixer guys in Danville IN. I will keep their card in my phone in case there is a next time. THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE ME. GREAT SERVICE.
