The restrooms at this location are atrocious. My potty training toddler had to go and I was genuinely scared to touch the toilet seat to lift it up in the men’s stall. Staff was friendly and front of house looked great, but that bathroom was the grossest, grimiest, pee filled room I’ve ever seen in a public place. We didn’t even want to touch the sink it was that bad so I just used my hand sanitizer. Concerns me that if they let their customers and staff use the bathroom in that condition, what do storage/other areas look like

Received excellent help from the staff and when looking for some specific tools. Customer service is outstanding, and the store is beautifully set up and organized.

We've always had good service here and almost always find what we are looking for. Today I went in with two options in mind and when I told them about my project they suggested a third option which they felt would work better and it was less expensive, as well. So nice to have knowledgeable and honest help in our local store.

I Love Ace hardware! It's a smaller more intimate environment and the customer service is unbeatable. I appreciate the employees knowledge and teamwork. O'Donnell Ace Hardware happens to be about a block away from my home and super convenient. The staff is more than happy to help you find what you need and I'm never apprehensive to ask for opinions or even how to do something. I'm never steered wrong and always leave a happy customer!

Very good store to go to for tools and home improvement stuff. The customer service here is very good with no complaints. I just got in and out with the supplies I've needed and then some, definitely coming back in the near future.
