They messed up my order and delivered it on the wrong day. But quickly made it right by sending a new bouquet on the correct date at no charge. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!!

I talked with an employee of this establishment to order a wreath reflective of my son who had just passed. I wanted a grapevine wreath with homage to his likes. I asked for his sports favorites. I told them where he taught and their colors, his favorite sports teams and their colors, etc., I gave her an amount I could afford. What was presented to the funeral home was amateurish at best with none of my instructions. None of the colors, no flags, only half of the wreath covered. I specifically asked for navy blue and no burgundy. Instead I got light blue and burgundy. When I spoke to the store. I was told the the wreath was beautiful and admired by all who saw it. I didn’t ask for a beautiful wreath. I was charged $150.98 for a wreath that someone decided they knew better than me what was a reflection of my son.

My mom (who lives in Dallas) used this florist to place a basket at my stepfather's gravesite on his birthday and they did a wonderful job.

I bought a $80+ peace lily for my friend as her mother had passed away. When delivered it looked fine within 2 days it started dying by the 4th day it was rotting away. It had root rot so my friend decided to try and repot it I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Then when I said I was going to write a review they decided that they would exchange it well by that point she had already repotted it hoping for the best. The Roots were entangled the pot was not even big enough for the plant and it's roots. Just saying I will never purchase from that store again.

Very cute items for holidays and special occasions. Was going to order online but wanted to inquire about rose and glitter colors so I called and they said they could do what I wanted purple glitter and roses. They can do a variety of colors for roses and glitter. They can also do a specific quantities so you dont have to select between just one rose, a half dozen, etc. Turned out great. Perfect for a Bts fan. The glitter adds a nice touch to the bouquet and something unique. Very affordable and they completed the order in one day even with valentines around the corner. Very happy will use again. ?

I highly recommend this location for flowers. We walked in and I did not see anything that I was wanting for my mom for her birthday. The girl behind the counter, I wish I would have got her name, she was so friendly and helpful to make an arrangement. We picked out the flowers and she assembled it. The bouquet turned out beautifully and my mom loved it! Thank you

Received one of the most gorgeous bouquets for my wife on our anniversary. Great delivery. Wife was astounded by bouquet and had nothing but great things to say about the man that delivered them. Thank you for making it memorable! Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.
