Came into the store, 11: 35 there was I'm assuming the store manager because she referred to her employee later in the conversation, it's a very small place. Essentially one room so anybody that comes in there you will make direct eye with if you bother to look she was sitting there with someone else and they were having a discussion, took the manager 45 seconds or more to even acknowledge that I was in the store, so when she finally acknowledged she asked what can I help you with, so I said I was having a problem with my phone, at which point she told me that her employee would would not come in there until 12:00, so my question is if you're the manager you don't have anybody else there and you have a customer waiting, why couldn't you stop having the conversation that you were having, to deal with a customer that walks in the door, so my question is do you treat all your customers like that, or was it just a me thing?

Very friendly staff, fast service, awesome customer service!! Went into get a new phone and they made sure I got the best plan for the money! Took time to answer questions and made sure I knew all the info I needed to know.

Keep in mind, the new owners and staff have only been in charge since Nov of 2020. Lots of these reviews were done with prior ownership. Stop in and see for yourself! Great staff here to help!

I switched over from Verizon to US Cellular. Alicia did not only make this transition as smooth as possible, but when I was having what I thought were issues with my phone she took it one step farther and went above and beyond customer service care to get it resolved. Denver is easy to get in to, no long waits, and the customer service she provided was fantastic!

Awesome experience! Not sure how anyone could review a 1. Looks like they are not even from the area so that makes sense if they haven't even been there. I guess some people hide behind a screen and try to cause problems lol. Anyways, I have always had the best experiences here.
