I was there at 11:10am to get new service set up. It was still closed. A guy came walking up opened the door and said it would be 20 minutes till they are open. It says on the door and online 11am-7pm.

Small place and trash electronics, For example they sell under 8+ iphones not the new ones, They also sell galaxy and ect. But I bought a 6+ iPhone and lasted 5Months with it, and it stopped working my phone is rigged.

Chaz lied about Apple picking up the remaining payment on my iPhone 11 to trade for a 12. Was charged $453 and credited $126 trade in value. In addition, before I learned this, my old phone was still in their safe after the weekend. I was not happy with my new phone that doubled and tripled photos and contacts and deleted some, wanted my new phone back and he/they would not give it back, saying the transaction was already in the works and apple had already paid. Customer service told me I had been lied to and would do nothing to help me.

Paul was very friendly and helpful! It took a while to set up the phones & to understand how the plan and deal work (I transferred from Straight talk). Other than that, service was great!
