We have had our business account with United Bank of Iowa in Denison Iowa for several years with no issues until now. There is a girl named Daisy Portillo that works at the location in Denison and she is horrible! I called here yesterday needing some help with a password change and she answered. I asked her nicely if I could speak with someone else and she got an attitude right away! (I was not comfortable speaking with her due to her spreading nasty lies and unnecessary drama on fb about our business) today I received a notification of her 1 star review on our business page! In my opinion that is super uncalled for and would not trust her with my account information ever!!!!

I was visit United Bank Denison Branch open account for my business (Denison Inn & Suites)and Jennifer do it all for me.Very friendly environment, great customer service! They meet and exceed all my banking needs! Highly recommended!!!
